I am an associate professor at Weber State University, where I have been teaching since 2016. I am a field geologist who specializes in sedimentology and tectonics. My work combines sedimentology, structural geology, geochemistry, and geo-thermochronology of integrated basement and source to sink systems to reconstruct regional geologic histories, with an emphasis on Cordilleran-style mountain systems. To learn more about my current research interests click the RESEARCH tab. Along with geology I love spending time outdoors camping, trail running, climbing, and hiking with my dog, Queso.
